Top Service and Top Employer of the future: JOYNEXT receives two awards Automotive electronics company is an attractive employer for top talent

Dresden. The German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation (DIND) has paid tribute to JOYNEXT. The international automotive supplier was awarded twice in the categories "Top Service" and "Top Employer of the Future". The awards are given to innovative companies that pursue sustainability goals, offer attractive working conditions and integrate a clear digitalisation strategy. The focus is on modern leadership and employee friendliness.

"The DIND's "Employer of the Future" seal focuses primarily on employee satisfaction, digitalisation and sustainability. There is no denying that these are important aspects for the prospects of success and the future viability of our company," says Nicole Schmitz, Director HR Europe JOYNEXT GmbH. "Of course, we are all the more pleased to have been awarded the "Top Service" seal for customer orientation and competence at the same time. These awards show us that we are already on the right track for the future and motivates us and our employees to give our best every day," says Schmitz.

The initiative is supported by the former Federal Minister of Economics Brigitte Zypries. The award helps companies to position themselves in the "war for talents" in order to attract and retain talent despite the shortage of skilled workers. The awards are based on criteria such as flat hierarchies, flexible remuneration models or employee benefits as well as individual training and development opportunities. The evaluation matrix was developed with the help of input from experts from business and academia. The awards were presented for the first time in 2022 at various networking events.
