Dr. Holger Buchner appointed new CFO at JOYNEXT GmbH

Dresden (Germany). JOYNEXT, the specialist for automotive electronics, is setting the course for the succession of its Chief Financial Officer. Between December 1, 2022 and March 31, 2023, Dr. Holger Buchner will have a transition phase with his predecessor Mr. Christoph Lenz at JOYNEXT GmbH, headquartered in Dresden, Germany.

Dr. Buchner comes from automotive supplier Konvekta AG, where he was most recently Chief Financial Officer. Buchner started his career in a renowned management and controlling consultancy. This was followed by further positions as CFO in well-known industrial companies in the upper midmarket. Besides these, he was CFO of the former Defense and Civil Systems division at Jenoptik AG.

Dr. Buchner takes over the commercial management from Christoph Lenz, who will take on new challenges. Lenz looks back on more than 35 successful professional years in the automotive sector. During this time, he distinguished himself in commercial functions, including in controlling as well as in the areas of finance, accounting, human resources, and IT. At JOYNEXT, Christoph Lenz had headed the finance department for over 10 years, in the last years as CFO.
