Jefferson Fahner appointed as new Global Chief Operating Officer at JOYNEXT

Ningbo, China – JOYNEXT, Jefferson Fahner joins JOYNEXT as Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) on July 1, 2024. His chief responsibilities lay in optimizing JOYNEXT global operational standardization, operational investments and efficiency. This is a crucial step for the company towards enhancing global operational excellence serving evolving customer needs.

Mr. Fahner brings a 24-year tenure in the automotive industry, having held significant roles at TE Connectivity, BOSCH, Continental Automotive, and JCI. Before joining JOYNEXT, Mr. Fahner oversaw TE Connectivity’s EMEA operations, achieving significant results. His expertise is highlighted by his successful management across diverse cultures in locations such as China, Mexico, the US, Canada, and Europe, making him a great fit for advancing company goals in electronics manufacturing for automotive customers.

Mr. Fahner holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Cologne, Germany in 2002. His academic prowess and practical experience position him as a great leader poised to drive JOYNEXT's operational excellence by better aligning company operations with strategic objectives in sustaining and winning new business opportunities.
